Heliport Systems Inc. a “Specialty Contractor” specializing in Helicopter Landing Platforms” is currently seeking a Construction Field Foreman.
Established in 1977, Heliport Systems Inc. designs, and constructs heliports for hospitals, businesses, and the marine industry worldwide. For rooftops, we manufacture a modular, steel and aluminum, Rooftop Heliport System, complete with Heliport Lighting and Heliport Foam Fire Protection. For ships and offshore oil rigs where ultra light weight and immunity from corrosion are essential, we manufacture a prefabricated all-aluminum heliport system. Our services range from – professional site selection; compliance with aeronautics regulations; engineering design; manufacture of helidecks, heliport lighting, and heliport fire protection equipment – to turnkey construction.

Due to Growth and Expansion, we have a new full time position for a Construction Field Foreman to supervise our subcontractors on site for the 2-3 week duration needed to erect the structure and install the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
Candidate ideally should have some experience in erection of structural steel and some knowledge of other trades i.e. electrical, mechanical.
Candidate's must be willing to travel approximately 2-3 weeks per project, 6-9 projects per year. All travel expenses paid, with one weekend day paid even when no work is done on weekends, as compensation for being away from home.
Between supervision on sites, work in pleasant office environment in Pine Brook, NJ.
Must live within a 45 minute drive of Parsippany / Pine Brook, NJ..
Base Salary: $85-95K per year, depending upon candidate and qualifications.
Benefits are health insurance; 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid sick/personal days. and 10 paid holidays per year.
Minimum 10 years experience in commercial construction..
Must have OSHA 30 Hour Certificate, or willing to obtain, we pay for this.
Must have basic computer skills: MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
License/Certification: Driver's License. Forklift and Lull operation.
