NSC is currently hiring a Construction Estimator for one of our clients in Tarpon Springs, FL. This role is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to 90k. The ideal candidate needs to be able to supply accurate take-offs and be able to read and understand blueprints and specs.
As well as estimate different scopes of industrial work. Please see below for job duties and more job information.

Job duties:

• Reading and understanding project blueprints/plans.
• Creating quantity take-offs, soliciting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and preparing schedules.
• Experience with federal, military, and municipal projects.
• Understand contract documents (plans, specifications & addenda) and be able to produce estimates based on production rates, material costs, and labor rates with minimal supervision.
• 5 years+ exp. min.
