We are seeking a Construction APM/PM to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project documentation for field and office.
• Create & send out RFP for new projects.
• Manage take offs and organize vendor bids ensuring accuracy of scope.
• Complete scope or contract paperwork for project.
• Assist in product/material purchasing/delivery.
• Ability to move quick and efficiently in high stress and fast pace environments.
• Permitting prep, submission, and various recording tasks.
• Ability to float and take on different tasks as needed to support field and office staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software, Procore, etc.
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to make decisions to ensure deadlines are met.
