We're seeking a Compliance Operations Coordinator in Nashville, TN to support the daily functions of our transportation team—ensuring our drivers are supported, routes are compliant, and performance stays high.

What You’ll Do as a Compliance Operations Coordinator:

• Support Driver Success: Provide onboarding, coaching, and ongoing administrative support to drivers, helping them stay informed and focused on safety and service.
• Maintain Compliance: Monitor safety procedures and documentation, ensuring alignment with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate Daily Operations: Handle schedules, incident follow-ups, payment tracking, and audit preparation to keep everything running efficiently.
• Lead Internal Communication: Host weekly meetings and deliver clear updates on safety trends, performance metrics, and process changes.
• Respond with Confidence: Assist in resolving incidents, customer concerns, and compliance audits in a timely, professional manner.
• Use Technology for Insight: Utilize tools like Samsara to review driver performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Document & Track: Maintain accurate records for audits, driver files, and transaction processes with a focus on transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to uphold service quality and operational consistency.

What You Bring:

• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance
• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or office operations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
• A proactive, team-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
