Compliance Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance

Locations: Chicago, IL | New Jersey | Houston, TX | Connecticut

Base Salary: Up to $150K

A profitable and rapidly growing property insurance organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to strengthen core compliance functions in personal and small commercial lines. This role combines the stability of an established company with the entrepreneurial mindset of a startup.

ey Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on state-specific regulatory requirements.
• Manage third-party and proactive regulatory audits.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and ensure proper implementation.
• Oversee defect remediation and compliance reporting.

  Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of personal and small commercial insurance products and regulations.
  • Proven project and audit management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
