• Extraordinary organizational acumen
• Deeply passionate about creating and managing schedules: on time and on budget is your way of life.
• A wealth of knowledge in the commercial construction industry with a background in pre-fabrication and/or manufacturing
• Exhibits high levels of diplomacy when working with team members internally and externally alike.
• Experienced pre-qualifier of sub-contractors and material suppliers
• Long lead item management experience is a must!
• A working knowledge of commercial construction estimating is necessary in order to be successful in this role.

What you will do:

• Representing the client, coordinating, and managing third-party architects and engineers, from conceptual design through pre-construction.
• Work with the estimating department to quality control on-time estimate delivery and initial budget creation.
• Work through schedule optimization with the construction project management team to maximize trade stacking and minimize delays.

• Oversee manufactures of prefabricated products to ensure a lean and timely manufacturing process and delivery.
• Determine, identify, organize, order and schedule of long lead items that affect the critical path of project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Contract Administration to ensure appropriate and accurate contract issuance.
• Identify and ensure proper implementation of tax, legal, insurance, and other regulatory considerations.
• Oversee all elements of project launch and facilitate a strong handoff to the construction phase Project Manager.
