Join the senior leadership team of this expanding Auckland construction business and influence the next stage of their growth.The CompanyMy client is a very successful commercial contractor with significant resources and support, they have successfully expanding their market position in commercial grade projects up to $30m and now looking to invest and expand into major projects. Having recently secured a large complex project and with a $150m+ project likely to start in late 2023, they are expanding their local management team.The JobReporting to the Regional Manager you will manage all commercial and contractual elements across the projects. Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, you will provide technical guidance and support to them, ensuring costs are efficiently managed and reported. You will provide consolidated cost management reports and anlaysis, including a strong focus on risk management and contract management. Working as part of the senior leadership team you will provide operational and strategic advice to support the business achieve its goals and commitment to quality delivery and exceeding client expectations.
