Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. Partnering closely with a producer, you’ll ensure clients receive top-notch solutions tailored to their insurance needs.

Responsibilities
- Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts.
- Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks.
- Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
- Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
- Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
- Marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business.

Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of Commercial Experience with a general agency and multiple carriers.
- Professional written & verbal communication skills
- Organizational and attention to detail oriented
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $60k-$80k Annually
