Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWhat a Day Looks Like

You start from home, routed by dispatch to your first customer site somewhere in the Nashville, TN area. It might be a hospital with a washer that won’t spin, a laundromat with a vended dryer error, or a fitness center with an ironer that needs calibration. You diagnose the issue, interpret schematics, verify readings with a multimeter, replace the necessary parts, and get the equipment back online. Between calls, you document time, materials, mileage, and fuel, coordinate with the service manager, parts department, and vendors, and keep customers informed so they know exactly what was done and why. Along the way, you care for your company-supplied tools and service vehicle and occasionally team up with install crews for deliveries and new equipment installs. It’s hands-on, autonomous work where your customer service and mechanical know-how build lasting relationships and keep businesses running.
