You can learn more about the world of OMV belowOur business Your role: Develop the strategy, market positioning and short and long term goals for the supply of used Plastic feedstock for OMV's chemical recycling activitiesMonitor relevant markets, perform feedstock-specific market analysis and develop scenariosDrive development of new suppliers and management of relationships; Initiate new and/or support existing projects regarding the development of feedstock supplyDevelop positions, negotiate and close contracts; identify growth and optimisation potentialsDevelop and establish suitable quality control systems and processes and support the implementationDevelop a digitalisation roadmap for used plastics supply and ensure implementationResponsible for cross-departmental key accounts in feedstock in close cooperation / alignment with similar Group activities (incl. at Borealis) Your profile: Master’s degree in Abfallwirtschaft / Waste Management, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar (ideally with focus on waste management) and minimum of 9 years professional experienceDeep understanding and experience in operative waste treatment and sorting; planning and optimisation of waste treatment facilities; economics of waste treatment facilities; "Stoffstrommanagement"; cross-border waste tradeStrong partner orientation and entrepreneurial spirit with "hands-on mentality"Excellent communication skills and Business fluent German and EnglishEnjoys working in cross-company and multinational teamsStrong strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel What to expect from OMV: We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
