CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Setup and Operation:

• Set up CNC machines, including loading materials and configuring settings for cutting, drilling, or milling operations.
• Operate CNC machinery, monitoring its performance throughout the production process to ensure compliance to production specifications

Blueprints and Specifications:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to understand product specifications and requirements.
• Input necessary design parameters into the CNC machine using G-codes and M-codes

Quality Control:

• Perform regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to verify quality.
• Make any necessary adjustments to the machine settings to maintain product quality and comply with specified tolerances.

Routine Maintenance:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed logs of production, runs quality checks, and machine maintenance

Must have a minimum of  2-3 years of experience operating a CNC Machine.

Monday-Friday with flexibility to mandatory overtime on Saturdays
Shift-2:30pm-11:pm
Pay:$25 or DOE
