CN Tube Manufacturing Engineer
Description OTHER SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OR DUTIES• Utilizes good time management skills for on-time delivery of assignments.• Manages small projects as assigned. • Organizes and conducts meetings.• Documents work/deliverables according to the company standards and industry regulations• Investigates and initiates corrective action on product related manufacturing problems and initiates corrective action.• Reviews, evaluates, and implements engineering changes and specification requirements.• Acts as technical liaison with facilities planning and manufacturing engineering personnel.• Evaluates vendors from a technical point that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.• Supports to manage the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, equipment, processes, and operations to ensure product competitiveness in the market.• Supports the localization projects to update the product/ parts drawings, performs the validation & verification with R&D team in the headquarter.• Creates & manages all ECOs implementation.• On behalf of China X-ray R&D, develops and collects all the documents related to product design such as DHF files, drawings, design changes.• Root cause analysis for the manufacturing issues, customers’ RMA and provides the correction actions to improve product quality and performance.Minimum Required Skills and KnowledgeAble to comprehend and follow technical documents and/or literatureFamiliar with the latest available tools or standards, as well as industry techniques and practices to solve technical problemsRequired Certifications and TrainingObtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.Experience Level with Business ToolsProficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
