Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Hybrid / Fully Remote Role

A well respected law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and motivated lawyer to handle a high-quality caseload while benefiting from full remote working, clear career progression, and a competitive salary package.

The Role
\nYou will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including:

- \n\t
- Investigating potential claims and liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to experts and counsel
- Managing pre-action and issued cases through all stages of litigation
- Advising clients on liability, causation, and quantum issues
- Working collaboratively with senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters

About You

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE as a guide) with experience in clinical negligence
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A proactive, organised, and professional approach
