Job DescriptionJoin a specialty chemicals manufacturer where you’ll support process development, scale-up activities, and production quality for advanced materials. This hands-on engineering role collaborates with both technical and manufacturing teams to drive R&D efforts, pilot operations, and ongoing production improvements. Ideal for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment combining laboratory work, analytical tasks, and real-world process troubleshooting. Responsibilities:

  • Support research and development activities for specialty chemicals and materials
  • Assist in designing and implementing pilot-scale chemical processes
  • Execute experiments and analyze data to optimize performance and production efficiency
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to operate and refine processing equipment
  • Prepare and maintain technical specifications, reports, and documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience in chemical or materials production, process design, or process control
  • Understanding of wet chemical or solid-state synthesis methods
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including DOE experience
  • Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
