Connect Staffing is seeking a hardworking compounder/blender to fill an open position for a vinyl manufacturing company in Placentia, CA.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12 PM-8:30 PM The company operates 7 days a week. Scheduled days can shift to Saturday or Sunday.
Requirements for the Compounder/ Blender:
- Minimum 6 months of general labor or compounding experience
- Must have a GED or a High School Diploma
- Must have steel-toe boots
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass Background, Drug Screen, and E-Verify
- Must speak English or be Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Compounder/Blender:
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials (resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, pigments, fillers, etc.) according to established formulas and batch tickets.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods as needed.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines meticulously throughout the compounding and blending process.
- Perform quality checks on blended materials, including visual inspections, density tests, and other relevant tests, to ensure they meet specifications.
- Operate and maintain blending equipment, such as ribbon blenders, high-intensity mixers, and tumble mixers, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Properly label and store compounded materials.
