Change Engineer\nLocation: London / Suffolk (Hybrid)\n\nHybrid Working - You will be expected in the London office 2 days a week and then the Suffolk office for 2 days the following week. This will continue to switch each week. The rest of the days are WFH days.\n\nJoin one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes and play a key role in delivering a nuclear mega-project valued in the billions.\n\nAs a Change Engineer, you'll support the management of programme change, ensuring changes are identified, assessed, governed, and implemented effectively.

Working closely with the Baseline & Change Manager and wider PMO team, you'll help maintain programme baselines, coordinate governance activities, and ensure approved changes are accurately reflected across project systems and reporting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Support change control processes, governance forums, and change committees.\n\n * Coordinate and maintain programme baselines across scope, schedule, cost, and risk.\n\n * Review and track change requests, ensuring impacts are assessed and documented.\n\n * Produce change management reports and support programme decision-making.\n\n * Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with change processes.\n\n * Ensure approved changes are implemented within programme systems and reporting.\n\n * Contribute to continuous improvement of change management processes and controls.\n\nAbout You\n\nEssential\n\n * Degree qualified or equivalent experience.\n\n * Experience in Project Controls, PMO, Programme Management, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.\n\n * Understanding of change control, governance processes, WBS, and project delivery structures.\n\n * Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nDesirable\n\n * Experience managing change on major infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects.\n\n * Nuclear industry experience is strongly .\n\n * Knowledge of project controls tools and programme management software.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\n * Opportunity to work on a nuclear mega-project valued in the billions.\n\n * Hybrid working with travel and accommodation provided.\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits package.\n\n * Strong career development and progression opportunities.\n\n * Collaborative and supportive project environment
