Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBusiness Process Modeler (BPMN) – Mid-Senior Consultant

Models and standardizes workflows using BPMN 2.0, enabling modernization of existing business and clinical processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop current-state and future-state BPMN 2.0 process models.
• Align models with HL7/FHIR integration and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to validate workflow accuracy.

Required Expertise

• 5–10 years in business process modeling.
• Mandatory: Experience in healthcare or federal process documentation.
• Strong skills with BPMN 2.0 tools such as Camunda, Bizagi, or Signavio.

Tech & Tooling

Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, Visio

Work Model: Remote; occasional travel (1–2 site visits). Duration: Nov 6, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026
