We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team at C2 Gripz LLC. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, forming strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILTIES

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify gaming industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Analyze market data and consumer feedback to refine product strategies.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with gaming organizations, E-sports teams, retailers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Sales Support/Pipeline Management:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Create sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support the sales process.
  • Maintain and update CRM (Hubspot) for efficient pipeline management.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Ensure successful execution of events to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and customers.
  • Address partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to track progress and make informed decisions.

Brand Ambassador Collaboration:

  • Work closely with brand ambassadors, gaming influencers, and content creators to promote C2 Gripz products.
  • Develop and maintain a network of gaming ambassadors to amplify brand reach.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to set targets and objectives for business growth.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry news, gaming trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Share relevant industry insights and recommendations with the team.
