Business Development Manager ( Commercial Buidling )

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Direct responsible to develop application expertise related to CB - Commercial Building hotspot for direct & indirect strategic channels, corporate business, and government to generate sales and to achieve project pipeline development target Responsible to develop new strategic end-user opportunities or long-term project opportunities for project pre-sale proposal and technical consulting for the design stage, tendering, and bidding process Responsible for establishing connection and with key stakeholders – OEMs, end-users, contractors, and consultants to influence opportunities at early stages of projects, while enhance the good relationship with existing customers via spec-in activities. Identify project opportunities and orchestrate cross-segment efforts based by geographical business expansion and CB applications with up-to-date technology trends of market and business situation Develop and deliver high value proposition and offerings in high valued added in consulting sales as “Danfoss” total solution providers for segments (Drives/ Climate Solutions/ Power Solutions) Assess market opportunities, develop strategy and business proposals, generate contacts and maintain opportunity pipelines - BDM is the key owner of all the aspects of the client development and opportunity awareness Leverage appropriate resources at different levels and functions of internal stakeholders – cross-product lines/sales, marketing and technical supporting team in country to lead the optimized Danfoss solutions to influence customers Engage in industry and engineer network in ASA , ASHRE, ACAT, TEMCA Association with extended network to EPC, Design Community, OEM and Project Management Advisors throughout the local marketing activities Create Danfoss’ visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, industry expositions, and symposia Support sales teams in technical and commercial negotiations with customers Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Master/Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent Minimum 10 years relevant sales experience in HVAC/R, District Cooling, Data Centre, and Spec In. Strong industrial knowledge is a MUST with strong solid networking with Developer, key designer, key consultant, M&E contractor and relevant governance parties Strong engineer and technical background Good track record in sales and market development Strategic communicator with a good level of experience in managing matrix stakeholders Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills English proficiency Positive energy, friendly characteristics with a "Can Do" mindset You are an outstanding team player who can interact and communicate well with others including upper management, as well as operational customer employees.
