Their global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognised for your passion to perform.Job Description* Manage existing clients and create new business within an assigned territory of Government and Defence* Primary customer interface to end users for identifying and negotiating new service contracts* Responsible for the development of new business and new relationship in pursuit of Service business growth for the company.* Driving incremental service bank revenue by winning new customer logos in adjacent sectors with a focus on the Government and Defence* Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at expanding the sales volume within traditional products, connected solutions and services, with high financial engagement.* Driving sales through understanding of the target customer's business, drivers and organization, and an understanding of the value that the company brings to them* Proactively initiates cross-functional communication at senior management and executive level across both the customer's and the companys enterprises to develop a long-term partnership.* Seeks out ways to engage the full team in pursuits and activities building relationships with all key stakeholders.The Successful Applicant- Five+ years of business development selling experience selling conventional service contracts, connected services and solutions (IoT, BI, Big Data, Energy Management) BMS, HVAC, Security and Integrated solutions.- Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships- Proven experience prospecting for opportunities with new end users.- Customer expertise within Government and Defence and/or similar Critical Infrastructure vertical markets.- Demonstrated previous customer acquisition experience- Integrated Security & Life Safety Management Solutions knowledge at a basic technical level
