What are you going to do:
The business development intern will focus on revenue growth with the sales team. You will be responsible for assisting in daily commercial activities, organising new leads, analysing prices with specialised marketplaces and communicating with clients via email in order to follow-up with orders. (This role could benefit candidates having existing market knowledge or interest in the Luxury Watch industry.)
1/ Organisation & Administration:
- Research new office space in central London
- Coordinate customer visits and internal executive meetings
- Draft daily business “follow-up report”
- Assist with product shipping
- Standardise cloud documents :
- Internal company documents
- Product photoshoots
- Fundraising data room
- WebApp user guides
- Shipping process
- Training materials
- Onboarding starter kit
2/ Business development & CRM
- Assist in responding to client’s emails and whatsapp inquiries
- Create user accounts for historical transactions
- Create a “gifting calendar" in order to celebrate our prospects & VIP's life events
- Update weekly our CRM :
- Marketplace checkouts
- New clients
- New partners
- Supplier broadcast list
- Client broadcast list
3/ WebApp & Data Input
- Register daily, new pricing data for existing requests
- Register daily, new client’s orders
- Register weekly, new models & product references into our software
- Register weekly, new listings on all marketplace

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, Luxury Management, Finance & Economics, Marketing and Communications, or related disciplines.
- Able to communicate in English fluently. Your written skills must be formal and very well polished. (French is a +)
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, while demonstrating excellent time management
- Computer software skills nice to have: “Notion”, “Salesforce”, “Jira”
