Join USA Home Inspectors — one of San Diego’s most trusted and top-rated home inspection companies — and help us expand our reach across Southern California.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors, brokers, and lenders.
• Organize and deliver office presentations and lunch-and-learns.
• Drive brand visibility through digital and in-person outreach.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and track growth metrics.
• Represent our company at real estate events and community functions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (real estate industry ).
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media marketing.

Compensation: $50,000 + REALISTIC commission (OTE $85K–$110K)
Location: San Diego County (field + hybrid remote)
