Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Sathorn, Bangkok

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:15

Open to Thai or candidates with full working rights in Thailand ONLY

Job Scope

  • Develop and execute product strategies, including market entry plans, product sourcing, and promotion.

  • Analyze market trends, conduct product and competitor benchmarking, and support sales pipeline development.

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to develop competitive sales strategies and plans.

  • Coordinate with suppliers on technical documentation and support to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Conduct product knowledge training for internal teams and customers.

  • Support overall business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/engineering products.

  • At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical components, automation systems, or industrial equipment.

  • Ability to read technical drawings/specs and communicate with engineering teams.

  • Proficient in English; other (e.g., Chinese, Japanese) are a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ISO, and industrial safety standards is an advantage.
