Branch Operations Manager
Job Description
We're seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team in Austin, where you'll play a vital role in supporting daily branch operations, enhancing customer experience, and leading service excellence from the front lines.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately process and approve teller transactions with a high level of attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to connect customers with digital banking solutions
- Support the Branch Manager with daily operational responsibilities, scheduling, and risk management
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them appropriately
- Help motivate and guide team members to meet branch goals
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk controls
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience (can include work, military, or education)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build customer relationships
- Comfort educating customers about technology, especially mobile banking
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot and act on potential risks or fraud
- Prior cash handling experience
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a can-do attitude and high integrity
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with retail banking compliance, risk mitigation, or loss prevention
- Prior leadership or coaching experience
- Military experience in operations, HR, or transition support
Additional Details:
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship
- Must be available to work on Saturdays, as needed
