AV Field Service Engineer
London based

Our client is seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance, fault finding and repairing of AV systems in various settings on systems such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, AVoIP, LED walls and Digital Signage.
Duties:
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues with AV equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly
Providing on-site and remote technical support to clients, helping them resolve any issues they encounter with their AV systems
Keeping detailed records of service calls, repairs for inventory and quality control purposes and updating ticket resolutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Experience:
Working knowledge of Q-sys, Biamp, Crestron toolbox, Extron Toolbelt & GCP, Shure designer and other control/configuration software
Strong understanding of MTRoW & MTRoA, Zoom rooms and Cisco hardware, setup and how to troubleshoot
Familiar with and understands technical drawings and schematics.
Knowledge of network/IT systems relevant to AV solutions
