Automotive Service Technician

$25–$50 Per Hour Flat Rate + Bonuses | Full-Time | Mon–Fri | Seattle, WA

Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $25–$50 per hour flat rate + performance bonuses (A-Techs typically $70K–$100K+)

What We Offer

• Monday–Friday schedule

Competitive Pay Structure

• Flat Rate: $25–$50 per hour flagged
• Performance bonus: Up to an additional $10 per hour when goals are met
• Hour Guarantees:
  • First month: 30 hours per week minimum
  • Ongoing: 20 hours per week minimum to maintain income stability
• Annual holiday bonus: An additional $1 per hour flagged for the year
• A-level techs generally earn $70,000 to $100,000+ depending on skill

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics and high-quality repair work. You will join a team of professionals who value process, teamwork, and doing the job right the first time.

Experience

• European makes (BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, MINI, etc.)
• Dealership or European specialty shop experience
