Construction Dispute Resolution: Our experts provide analysis of complex issues in construction disputes, including robust delay and cost analyses, to determine the root-cause of issues experienced on the project. Conclusions are presented in a clear, concise and objective manner to assist parties in the dispute resolution process. Advisory Services: Our experts draw upon vast industry experience and lessons learned through dispute resolution experience to help organisations plan for success, execute with confidence and secure better project outcomes. We support clients resolve complex issues throughout the lifecycle of their projects, from the business case through to transition into operations.Responsibilities:We’re looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join our team. We’re a small team that is growing quickly and you’ll play an integral part of that growth. You’ll work as part of a team, delivering client engagements with considerable contact with our clients. As a (Senior) Associate, you’ll have post graduate work experience and your role will include:Helping clients understand how their projects are performing and helping them intervene when things go wrongWorking alongside our clients, providing them with strategic advice and insightData gathering including detailed document reviews and database creation/ management.Performing detailed analyses of project schedule delays, project cost records, productivity, change orders and other issues related to design and construction.Utilising various computer software to analyse and model schedules, contractor production rates and costs.Creating high quality work product and demonstrates exceptional quality controlPreparing client-ready work product for senior level review.Participating in the development of our business and supporting in the preparation of bids and proposalsSupporting the operational management and development of our teamRequirements:We are interested in candidates from a range of sectors and you don’t necessarily need prior experience in a consulting environment.
