Your new role

• Assist PMs in planning, directing, and executing construction projects to meet client and company goals.
• Support forecasting and reporting for current and upcoming projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 - 3 years of experience in commercial construction. Ground-up projects in the multifamily sector is .
• A degree in construction or equivalent experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to assist with multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software
• A degree in a related field of study or professional
