Assistant Project Manager - HVAC

Job DescriptionJob Description

• Working closely with the senior project manager assist in the planning and execution of projects. Ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Coordinate project activities:
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing reports, submittals, maintaining documentation.
• Collaborate with the senior project manager to facilitate effective communication with subcontractors, general contractors, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with senior project manager to prepare project estimates, project documents, and contracts to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Work with senior project manager to monitor project progress and performance.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access by team members.

Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Understanding of HVAC and Electrical project lifecycles
• Understanding of project management principles and estimating
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous experience in project coordination/management within the HVAC/Electrical industry a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem solving skills.
