We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and ready to join a growing home improvement team as an Assistant to DMV HOME DESIGN Senior Manager, a right hand to be trained for an operations manager. We are a trusted Home Improvement company servicing the Tri-State area. Some of our services include but not limited Kitchen Renovations, Flooring replacement, Interior paint and drywall and some commercial work. Prior construction experience is a must to support daily operations in the office and in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Communicate with clients and assist sales team with estimates or project updates
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and organize project files
• Coordinate with installation, constructions crews and sales teams to ensure timely project flow
• Organize and maintain the warehouse
• Accept deliveries and release customer orders
• Price out material from suppliers
• Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and well-presented for customers
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reading construction plans (doing take offs) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Customer service or office admin experience
• Familiarity with the home improvement and flooring industry is a must
• Reliable, friendly, and able to multitask in a busy environment
