Architect – Data Centre / Industrial Projects
We are seeking a Part 3 qualified Architect with 2-3 years post-Part 3 experience, ideally with a background in commercial, data centre, or industrial/warehouse projects. Exposure to stages 2-5 an advantage.
The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit and has a portfolio showcasing commercial, industrial, or data centre projects. You will work as a key part of a hard-working, collaborative team on award-winning projects for architecture practice with excellent leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop architectural designs and technical packages for data centre and industrial projects across RIBA stages 2–4
* Collaborate closely with MEP consultants, structural engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless coordination of technical and architectural requirements
* Produce accurate construction drawings, details, and specifications for tender and construction stages
* Assist in client liaison, ensuring design solutions meet functional, technical, and budgetary needs
* Support the team in BIM coordination and integration of multi-disciplinary models
Requirements:
* Part 3 qualified Architect with 2–3 years post-Part 3 experience or Architectural Technologist with minimum 5 years experience
* Strong REVITskills – BIM experience would be welcome
* Background and experience in commercial, data centre, or industrial, warehouse projects
* Understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and standards
* Collaborative approach and can-do attitude, comfortable coordinating with MEP and other consultants
