Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
We’re looking for an outgoing, positive, and team-oriented Architect to join our high-end custom home building team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative environment where your ideas truly shape the homes we build.
About the Role
As an integral part of our design team, you’ll work directly with clients to bring their vision of a dream home to life. From concept through completion, you’ll collaborate with our project managers, interior designers, and construction team to create thoughtful, one-of-a-kind designs that reflect each client’s lifestyle.
This is a client-facing, in-office position with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the design and documentation of custom residential projects
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and design preferences
- Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications through all project phases
- Collaborate closely with construction and design teams to ensure design intent is carried through to completion
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, and project reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect () or on the path to licensure
- 3+ years of residential design experience (custom home experience )
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
- Outgoing, client-focused personality with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience
- A self-starter who thrives in a team setting and values creative problem-solving at a fast pace
