Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their dynamic team, delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leading role across a range of exciting projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Lead and manage projects across all RIBA work stages within the residential and commercial sectors\n\n * \n\n Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions\n\n * \n\n Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams\n\n * \n\n Produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently\n\n * \n\n Oversee and delegate tasks within the project team to ensure high-quality output\n\n * \n\n Chair project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions\n\n * \n\n Act as Contract Administrator for JCT Minor Works and RIBA Domestic contracts\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections to ensure technical compliance and exceptional build quality\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Strong experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * \n\n Highly organised with a proactive approach to continual improvement\n\n * \n\n Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (SketchUp desirable)\n\n * \n\n Commercial awareness with the ability to manage time and budgets effectively\n\nIf you’re a driven and experienced architect ready to take the lead on impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you
