As job holder you will be accountable to ensure harmonized, standardized and integrated fit4purpose SAP operations (Logistics, Warehousing and Maintenance etc.) processes and solutions within Upstream as part of the SAP Hana system landscape
Act as a focal point towards Upstream's technical departments and support OMV Upstream's business in its digitalization transformation with regard to SAP operations; support the assessment of business requirements and their integration into the S / 4 system architecture
You will be accountable for the alignment of end2end Operations (Logistics, Warehousing and Maintenance etc.) processes across departments, branch offices, countries etc. coordinating with local and divisional and global process owner
Be responsible for advising on highly complex Operations (Logistics, Maintenance etc.) and SAP topics
Leverage innovation, technology, new ideas and process optimizations to ensure the continuous development and improvement especially regarding S/4 HANA technologies
You will maintain and improve Upstream standards and services by continuous improvement (processes, systems, technologies and services)
Advise and consult the management to support decisions with experience and know-how for related efficient maintenance and project services with focus on S/4 HANA
Support the development and continuous improvement of the departments strategy, activities, services, organization, end-to -end processes, core competencies and systems with focus on added value for business
You will mentor, advise, share knowledge between team members especially for OMV specifics
University degree in a related field and at least 12 years of experience
Deep knowledge of Logistics, warehousing and maintenance management and systems, especially SAP MM, QM, WM, EAM incl. IAM, PM, SAP BW
Excellent project management, good facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing (interpersonal) skills
Ability to create a strong professional network and maintain professional relationships at different organizational levels
Strong facilitation and consulting skills
Awareness of current and future trends and / or technologies
Experience working in international teams
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Customer focused reliable team player
