Administrative Manager – Law Firm Operations (Los Angeles)
Join a top-tier Am Law 100 environment as an Administrative Manager overseeing daily operations across Los Angeles offices. This role offers high visibility, leadership responsibility, and collaboration with firmwide stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:

Lead administrative operations for local offices (LA, OC, SD).

Manage 7–10 direct reports and 25+ regional staff.

Oversee office services, facilities, and event coordination.

Drive recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.

Partner with leadership to support budgets, community outreach, and workflow efficiency.
What You’ll Bring:

7+ years in legal operations or administrative management, including 5+ years leading teams.

Strong background in law firm administration.

Skilled in staff management, performance coaching, and cross-department collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree strongly .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with facilities, budgets, and vendor management.
Onsite 4 days per week. Occasional regional travel required.
