Company: Five Star Bath Solutions of South Georgia
Location: Douglas, GA or close enough to reasonably commute to office a few times per week as needed. Most functions of this position can be performed remotely. Please do not apply if you live more than 1 hour from Douglas as you will be required to spend up to two days per week in the office.
Job Functions:
Operate as the customer contact once a sale has been made.
Coordinate with the project manager and/measure techs to ensure a follow up measure is scheduled promptly after a sale.
Communicating timelines and giving customers updates on the progress of orders and installation timelines (making sure customers are kept in the loop).
Coordinating with project manager to set installation schedules and contacting customers promptly to notify of any changes or unforeseen circumstances that will affect a scheduled installation.
Contacting customers after installation to verify the installation went great and if so encouraging customers to leave a five star review.
Taking and responding to calls from customers regarding any servicing or maintenance issues and making sure these issues brought to the attention of the project manager.
Coordinating with project manager and/or service department to ensure we are moving forward rapidly on resolving any customer issues.
Assisting in managing the customer board for measures, orders, installations, and post installation issues.
Printing off contracts for measure techs to pick up prior to the measure and packets are printed off and ready to be handed off to installers when they are picking up materials for the job.
Letting installers know in advance and emailing contracts for upcoming jobs on the installers schedule.
Taking customer credit card payments and emailing out finance documents to be signed upon completion of installation.
Posting job ads, vetting resumes, sometimes conducting screening interviews and setting up interview schedules.
Assisting in modifying contracts as needed and emailing updated contract to customers for signatures.
Occasionally contacting customers for payment.
Other various duties may be assigned on an as needed basis.
