Employer Description Our client is in the renewable energy industry - specifically solar energy Job Description Reporting to the Sales Manager, You will be responsible for: Identifying, developing, and maintaining trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients – existing and newAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpanding relationships with existing and new customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and provide current product and market informationPreparing, document and present well thought out sales pitchesWorking closely with the internal technical, order processing and warehousing departments to facilitate a smooth sales processPreparing regular feedback of progress and forecasts to managementAccurate data entry on the company CRMProviding customer training on the reseller portalSetting up of new customer accountsProcessing customer Trading Application formsMaintaining continuous contact with allocated customer base Qualifications Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent Skills 3+ years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role 5+ Years proven experience of PV (preferred) or electrical components product sales
