About the opportunity

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• To be posted at Site

• Using creativity and the beauty of nature create a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing and functional area.

• Preparation of landscape master plan and supervision of execution activities for contour plan, layout, soft landscape and hard landscape, out door lighting, outdoor furnishing, irrigation etc

• Review and evaluation of design and documents of specifications, finalisation of standards

• Researching topics such as plants and their ability to survive in an area, guidelines and codes.

• Liaision with various consultants and other landscape professionals on site to ensure smooth implementation of the project.

• Assistance in selection of outdoor lighting material and design

• Oversee progress of the project to ensure that it is going as planned.

• Keeping records, including everything from correspondence to reports.

• Make presentations when necessary to discuss the project, complete with charts, sketches, and so forth.

• Preparation of BOQ, material procurement and supervision during installation

• Should be proactive

About you

Experience Level: 15+ years

• Qualification - Undergraduate and graduate degree in related field

• Relevant Experience in Landscape Architecture

• Knowledge of relevant software packages

• Extensive knowledge of Indian Standards and Codes related to Landscape and Horticulture

• Experience in Planning, Development of Design, detailing, preparation of tender documents, drawing reviews and approvals

• Coordination with disciplines concerned

• Liaison with clients and contractors

• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Should have in depth knowledge of Architecture elements.

• Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
