About the opportunity



Primary Job Responsibilities:

• To be posted at Site

• Design Reviews, reviewing suitably and evaluation of trees, shrubs, ground covers etc

• Defining planting depths, evaluation of potting mixes

• Suggesting alternative species suitable to certain locations and climate

• Coordination with Architect and other concerned disciplines and agencies

• Supervision during execution including designing irrigation systems

• Preparation of BOQ, material procurement and supervision during installation

• Should be proactive



About you

Experience Level: 10+ years

• Qualification - Undergraduate and graduate degree in related field

• Relevant Experience in Horticulture

• Knowledge of relevant software packages

• Extensive knowledge of Indian Standards and Codes related to Landscape and Horticulture

• Experience in Planning, Development of Design, detailing, preparation of tender documents, drawing reviews and approvals

• Coordination with disciplines concerned

• Liaison with clients and contractors

• Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Should have in depth knowledge of Architecture elements.

• Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines can be relied on to meet deadlines, committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
