Job Description:

Leidos seeks a Consulting Employee working as an industrial energy analyst. This exciting position offers a very unique career opportunity for a dynamic person, with both excellent communication and organizational skills, working on energy efficiency projects for both large and small industrial clients.
The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self-starter, who will join our energy efficiency team in Massachusetts and work with clients throughout the States of CT, MA and RI area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth analytical reports
• Lead the marketing and outreach activities to promote industrial energy efficiency through the management of a trade ally network. Activities include:
o Implement strategies that will increase the penetration of high efficiency technologies in the market via the trade ally network.
o Evolve and educate on protocols to help trade allies and customers adhere to utility energy efficiency program requirements
o Implement tools and training resources for trade allies to promote the sale of energy efficient equipment
o Support the trade ally network on all inquiries of either a technical or programmatic nature.
• Be responsible for internal and external client satisfaction metrics including:
o Effectively communicate with management regarding program progress, market direction, and trade ally participation
o Maintain high level of satisfaction with internal and external customers - proactively identify and resolve customer concerns involving trade allies.
• Collaborate with entire program team
• Support outreach team on industrial energy efficiency projects as needed
• Project Management duties will include but not limited to:
o Assisting with larger industrial customers with project management activities associated with the installation of energy efficiency measures
o Assist in obtaining and coordinating the necessary information required from trade ally's participating in the program so that our Energy Advisors can complete their energy savings analysis
Collaborate as a team with Project Managers, Superintendents and allied trade staff providing timely analysis, feedback and continuous follow through.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in the project management process.

• Typically requires a Bachelors of Science degree in Business or Engineering and 4 - 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 - 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• It is critical that productivity, accuracy, organization and effective communication skills be demonstrated continuously in performance of work.
• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills using Excel Ability learn proprietary energy management systems
• This position requires a valid driver's license and physical ability to perform field verification of pre and post installation of energy efficiency measures.
• Must be well organized, self-starting, have good communication skills, and work well in a supportive team environment.
• A Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is not required but preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical knowledge and skills using Excel Ability learn proprietary energy management systems
• Ability to be self-starting-demonstrate initiativeincluding the ability to collaborate well in a supportive team environment
