To support this growth, Siemens PLM Software is\nlaunching a European recruitment campaign for young graduates and junior\nengineers. We offer a contract of 1 year fulltime training contract to\nparticipate in a challenging Talent Development Program and to become an\nAssociates Consultant in Presales or Professional Services. The job location\ncan be anywhere in Europe, depending on your language skills.

\nResponsibilities and Tasks

\nThroughout the Talent Development Program, you will be part of a European team.\nThe goal is that you become a polyvalent Associates Consultant in Siemens PLM\nSoftware. You will become proficient in the implementation and/or demonstration\nof our solutions to our customers. You take part in the implementation, but\nalso presales (demonstration) of our PLM solutions. You work as an Associate consultant\nin a project team, mainly on customer site and you contribute to consulting\nservices, gathering industrial requirements, implementation, and solution\nimprovement.

\nAs such, you will learn to:

\n- Understand the customer's needs
\n- Demonstrate our solutions and illustrate the concepts of numerical\ntransformations (presales)
\n- Write technical specifications based on functional requirements
\n- customize the Teamcenter UA and MOM softwares
\n- Participate in the test phases and in the deployment of the solution\n(Expertise, Training)
- Holding an Engineering Master degree, preferably\nwith a focus on information systems or \nComputer science
\n- First experience as a young professional or trainee in the aerospace\nindustry, automobile, special machinery, construction, etc. is an asset
\n- Strong team spirit, rigorous, organized, autonomous and a strong customer-focus
\n- You communicate clearly and concisely
\n- Commercial acumen
\n- You know how to convince and you have a consulting spirit
\n- Multicultural awareness
\n- You speak and write fluently English and preferably another language
