  • Lead, steer and drive HSE activities for ECR Energy Services throughout the Bid and Delivery lifecycle, being the focal point for onshore and offshore EES client queries.
  • Support the analysis of Client/tender documentation to identify Clients requirements with regards to HSE & support the bid decision making process in order to provide clarity on delivery expectations from a HSE perspective.
  • Analysis of Client bids to ensure that E.ON and industry HSE standards, and ECR HSE requirements are considered, and entered Client bids and contracts.
  • Ensure clients' needs are considered and the ECR organization is ready for delivery, including due diligence visits at client sites from an HSE perspective
  • Review E.ON HSE frameworks and ensure applicability to third party business, based on E.ON and customer requirements.
  • Ensure that appropriate HSE monitoring is conducted, in line with ECR and Client requirements and results recorded and feedback and learnings delivered to the Operations and EES team.
  • Perform quality checks on EES HSE Audits/Inspections being conducted on sites/sub-contractors.
  • Provide performance feedback, where applicable, from HSE Peer Review Audits to the EES Function.
  • Contribute to the drafting of the Client tender technical specification requirements and requests and to development of the global EES procurement strategy (where required).
  • Develop a sound understanding of the operation and maintenance of wind & solar technologies in the EES EC&R portfolio.
  • Liaison with ECRNA EES to ensure lessons learnt are shared on HSE matters, processes and working practices.

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a HSSE professional, in the energy sector or oil and gas business, providing HSE support.
  • Experience of procurement processes and contract lifecycles ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of HSSE Management Systems.
  • Experience in driving projects and topics in functional functions across hierarchies and departments.
  • Previous experience working in the wind sector, with experience of construction, operational issues and Renewable Assets.
  • Can demonstrate a good working knowledge of health and safety legislation, contract legal requirements, contract specifications and contract remedies for HSE.
  • Can demonstrate a flexible, practical and proactive approach to HSE management.
  • Experience in contract arrangements, projects and contractor management processes ideally in a customer orientated environment.
  • Experience in internal and external Stakeholder management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, additional languages are welcome.
