Head of Operations and Maintenance – Solar PV
More responsibility? More influence? Bigger team? More international work?
You want some, or perhaps all of these things?
You are already in a leading position, with some team responsibility but don’t really see much upward growth. You want to work for a well-established, yet growing solar PV company. You want to have an influence on how the business grows as they transition from a contractor to an IPP.
If this sounds interesting so far, and you have several years’ experience leading an O&M team, responsible for international utility-scale PV projects, and speak German fluently, then this could be that next challenge you’ve been keeping an eye out for.
You’ll be based in the company’s HQ in central Germany, leading a team of some 25 people with a project pipeline across the World. Reporting to the board you’ll have the strategic input to manage the department as you see fit. You’ll be looking after both the technical aspects as well as driving the commercial side of the O&M business, identifying and managing external portfolios and negotiating the contracts.
This is a great opportunity to join a genuine key player of the solar industry. Privately owned, financially secure and with a very promising outlook, you can be assured of stability and long-term development.
Roles at this level are few and far between, so if you meet the requirements, please apply now. If you’re just browsing and don’t yet have an updated CV, but this role sounds of interest, then feel free to reach out to me directly – firstname.lastname@example.org.
