Tasks & responsibilities: You will... 
...prepare for and ensure compliance of the turbine technology when entering new markets. You will be responsible for scoping, planning and managing technical gap analysis between applied turbine design codes and market specific codes, standards and relevant mandatory requirements. Following the gap analysis, it will also be your responsibility to identify mitigation measures and/or propose technical solutions to fulfil compliance requirements.  
 
You will also be responsible for:  
  • Specify necessary changes to the existing turbine design and/or new solutions securing adequate compliance 
  • Design and compliance gap analysis 
  • Create client value proposition 
  • Develop conceptual ideas and mature such to enhance the product portfolio, adding values to the clients' business use 
  • Technology gap mitigation
  • Make sure the integrity is kept between cross-cultural organisational functions of Sales Technical Contracting and Technology Product Management 
  • New market compliance scrutiny 
 
 
Skills & experience: Our new colleague... 
...holds a master's degree in an engineering discipline, e.g. structural, mechanical or electrical. You have experience with technology compliance preferably from the wind industry. It is important that you have interdisciplinary electrotechnical, mechanical and structural experience. As a person, you are innovative and can foresee global technology development. Since you will join an international organisation, it is important that you can work internationally with diversified engineering teams and have professional English skills.  
 
We expect that you:  
  • Have in-depth knowledge of regulative regimes 
  • Have wind turbine and BoP knowledge 
  • Can develop interdisciplinary technical knowledge further
