Planner/Scheduler for offshore wind site support 
Do you want to be part of ensuring safe and efficient operation and management of offshore wind sites, thus contributing to a world that runs entirely on green energy?  
Join us and become Planner/Scheduler in Operations UK WEST/Planning and Scheduling, based in the Barrow Area, where you'll be responsible for acting as a key site support function to assist site management in achieving key KPIs related to the safe, efficient and optimised execution of Operations and maintenance, across the West Coast sites. 
Your key tasks will be to 
  • strategically plan and schedule work, interfacing with site management, to reduce lost yield 
  • build and maintain long-, mid- and short-term site plans and schedules to support the decision-making processes 
  • advise site management on risks and opportunities 
  • create, maintain, close and prioritise word orders (SAP maintenance) and resource allocation for a safe and effective operation 
  • demand forecasting across the year (vessels, resource, spares, tools, contractors). 
In addition, you'll be responsible for maintaining an understanding of our Energy Asset Integrity Management policy and strategy, and for carrying out any relevant resultant tasks. 
Your competences include that you 
  • are a competent project or resource planner 
  • have experience with planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project, and with SAP 
  • possess data analysis skills and are IT literate 
  • possess excellent communication skills. 
Furthermore, you're able to work autonomously as well as in teams. Experience with and/or knowledge of safe systems work, legislation in relation to lifting equipment and cranes as well as the statutory inspection regime will be considered a plus.
