Primary Job Functions:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Integration Manager will be responsible to manage a team of integration engineers to drive process control system on the manufacturing processes reducing the variation and achieve stable and capable processes.
  • Managing the yield improvement team, partnering with various stake holders identifying opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives to meet the challenging yield performance.
  • Driving the Copy Smart initiatives to ensure process matching across all plants and sites.
  • Responsible for effective communication levels and fosters team-building.
  • Ensures adherence to all safety and environmental procedures and good housekeeping standards.
  • Identify and deploy essential training and development programs for Manufacturing Engineering group

Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's /Master degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • 10 or more years' experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment.
  • Spoken & Writing fluency in Vietnamese preferred.

Required Skills :
  • Proven problem solving skills.
  • Proven Organizational and Managerial Skills.
  • Possess excellent data handling skills.
  • Proven understanding of continuous improvement/quality tools, Robust Engineering/Design of Experiments, statistical analytical methods, DMAIC, FMEA and SPC tools.
Language Requirements
Bachelors: Engineering (Required), Masters: Engineering-
