Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the commercial success of the E.ON Digital Attacker (DA) Marketing Platform and drive the utilisation, application and optimisation of the platform. You solve business challenges and drive out commercial benefits working with internal customers, from E.ON Marketing, Digital and Data communities
  • You ensure that your internal customers understand the value proposition features and benefits of the Marketing Platform, raising awareness, understanding and engagement
  • You equip our people with the right skills to leverage the capabilities of the marketing platform. Thereby you create a creative and 'can do' culture in the adoption and application of the platform.
  • You collaborate with solution partners and other third parties to identify external marketing customer success and share insight and best practice to inspire internal customer audiences
  • You identify opportunities to optimise customer journeys, campaign and commercial performance together with internal customers by taking in to account the data generated by the marketing platform
  • You enable better, faster and informed decisions in the process.
  • You work closely with the Marketing Technology Product Owner on future roadmaps of the marketing platform and enhance its value proposition. Success will only be achieved if you successfully harness the feedback, expertise and energy of your internal customers, external solutions providers and the wider Digital Attacker Programme. Therefore, you will be expected to live and breathe this philosophy day in day out.


Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivery of sales and marketing plans - in terms of sales volumes and marketing programme activities
  • Ability to take technical concepts and solutions and demonstrate to marketing, digital and data professionals how they can solve real business challenges
  • Experience of working with third parties or internal teams to help raise the skills and capabilities of marketing, digital and data professionals so that they can leverage the benefits of the Digital Attacker marketing platform
  • Experience of working with third parties to provide examples and stimulus of how the marketing, digital and data professionals can apply the Digital Attacker marketing platform capabilities to their day to day working practices or the customer experiences they are creating
  • Experience of optimising customer journeys and commercial performance, working with professionals from marketing, digital and data
  • Fluent in English, German is advantageous
