Do you want to help us create a strong bond towards our asset owners and external investors by developing and coordinating our performance reports and processes?
 
Join us and become Reporting Analyst in Operations Performance Management & Forecasting where you'll be responsible for preparing and coordinating partner reports on operational performance and OPEX, as well as supporting the continuous improvement of internal reporting processes.
 
Your key tasks will be to
  • prepare monthly, quarterly and annual partner reports, including data collection and coordination of all input from our internal stakeholders
  • support the optimisation of reporting processes
  • assist with business case assumption benchmark across our asset portfolio
  • handle ad hoc administrative tasks, including data gathering and reporting towards senior management.
 
In addition, you'll regularly interact with internal stakeholders and customers, primarily financial analysts and commercial managers. Managing stakeholder expectations related to input and deliverables is therefore a critical part of your work.
 
Your competences include that you
  • have a commercial background and experience working in a large organisation
  • thrive with coordinating several activities at the same time, as you'll be managing multiple parallel performance reports for external and internal stakeholders
  • are attentive to detail and have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks, and are able to identify process improvement potentials
  • are customer-oriented with a strong service mindset
  • speak and write English fluently and have strong communication skills.
 
Furthermore, you can work with tight deadlines and have strong coordination and management skills, as you'll be responsible for acquiring and handling inputs from multiple internal stakeholders. Together with your colleagues, you're able to identify and act on improvement possibilities to ensure a lean, standardised and efficient reporting process. Finally, you're attentive to detail and have high quality standards, ensuring that the reports you prepare for our investors are of the highest possible quality.
 
Experience with working in Tableau or similar business intelligence software is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
