The Role

We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous and creative person who's equally happy to recruit interns, organize events or run new student recruitment programs all while creating internal partnerships and elevating the Campus Recruitment brand internally.

If you join our team as a University Programs Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building Tesla's brand amongst the student population in EMEA. From potential apprentices to interns, part-time student workers and graduates, we aim to attract the best talent to come and join us to achieve our ambitious mission. In your role as University Programs Specialist you will be part of the Campus Recruitment team and collaborate closely with our first-class recruitment team which shares the common goal of building the best team for Tesla.

  • Partner with recruitment colleagues to execute campus recruitment programs.
  • Be an exemplary Tesla brand ambassador in your dealings with candidates, schools, internal clients and other stakeholders.
  • Develop lasting internal relationships across a range of departments in order to ensure smooth processes and events.
  • Take ownership of campus recruitment programs such as apprenticeship or internship recruitment or similar programs.
  • Manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
  • Define, capture and report on metrics.

  • A burning desire to work for the most innovative company on the planet and to change the foreseeable future of both the automotive and energy industries.
  • Bachelor or Master degree or the equivalent in experience.
  • Previous work experience in any of the following fields: Campus recruitment, HR program management, start-up, recruitment agency.
  • Experience with apprenticeship programs preferred.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance and openness to change.
  • Excellent written and spoken English in addition to fluent language skills in Dutch, German, French or a Nordic language.
  • Open to occasional business travel.
