The Role

The Field Instructor for the Remarketing team is responsible for ongoing coaching

and training all field teams on trade-in and used vehicle businesses. They will

deliver in-person and virtual training sessions as well as analyze training needs.

This person will work collaboratively with Remarketing management, training

teams, and the field sales/delivery team to ensure proper execution of all

Remarketing business functions.

Responsibilities

-Works collaboratively with the sales and service training team to develop and

launch a complete Remarketing training program for all field teams

-Executes training sessions for all teams on incoming acquisitions

-Lease End process

-Trade-in training (Sales, Delivery, Remarketing)

-Service/Fleet training-Inventory management

-Creates necessary communications for all field teams on changing Remarketing

business and processes

KPIs

-Timely execution of training content for both internal Remarketing needs and all

relevant teams at Tesla

-Content updates as best practices change

-Progressing sales efficiency within the Used sales team

-Lower number of errors and employee uncertainty regarding Remarketing related

execution

Requirements

-3+ years of instruction experience required or relevant experience

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

-Ability to work independently and be self-directed

-Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

-Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication

-Ability to speak comfortably and confidently publicly

-Ability to evaluate student, manager, and instructor feedback and key

performance indicators in order to identify potential areas of improvement

-Ability to work effectively on global and virtual teams, and accommodate time

differences

-An upbeat, positive and professional attitude

-User experience with both Mac OS X and Windows operating systems

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pages, and Keynote a plus

-Experience training or facilitating in a customer service or sales support

environment a plus
